It was jointly organized by the Velanidiotes Society, the Centre for Spartan and Peloponnesian Studies (University of Nottingham, and the Municipality of Monemvasia in collaboration with the Mediterranean Institute for Nature and Anthropos (Med-ina). The symposium was placed under the auspices of the region of the Peloponnese and focused on the preservation of the natural and cultural landscape of Cape Malea Peninsula.
Panagiotis is cognizant of the fact that environment, cultural and underwater heritage management is quite a challenge. In order to achieve results relatively quickly, you need to try hard, stay focused and love what you are doing.
